HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Fill out the RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM provided with your order and send it back with your goods. Make sure to let us know your size and details on your return or exchange.
You are liable for the return postage and packaging. We exchange domestic orders free of charge, International orders will be due postage and packaging for the re-shipping of the new merchandise. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Our payments are done on a secure page and we don’t store credit card details or share your information.

 

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Every order receives a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use UPS.com to track your parcel as well as your local post office.

 

WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Confirmation emails happen automatically after you have placed your order. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours please contact us.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER? I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET

Please allow 7 business days for domestic orders and 20 business days for worldwide delivery. Please allow these timeframes before contacting us about a missing order.
Please check the tracking information provided on your shipping confirmation before contacting us.

 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. If you live in a remote location please contact us first to make sure we can get you your order.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

Call us, message us via LIVE CHAT or email help@ironfistclothing.com with your name, address, order number and details regarding the mix up.

 

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

We hope all your merchandise reaches you in perfect condition, but if there is an issue please email help@ironfistclothing.com with photos of the faulty item.

 

LOST PARCELS?

Domestic customers please allow 10 days after you receive your shipping notification before contacting us regarding a lost parcel. International customers please allow 30 days.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders get shipped out right away. We cannot cancel orders made after 12pm the same day. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the order to us and use the RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM provided with your order.

 

MY SIZE/ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK – WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

We do not restock our seasons or collections. We advise our customers to get their items and size as soon as possible.

 

THE PROMO CODE ISN’T WORKING

Make sure you have typed it in correctly at checkout. Our discount codes are case sensitive & must be added at the time of purchase. Also make sure you are using a current promo code. If it still isn’t working leave us a comment on one of our social media accounts, email us, give us a call or let us know through LIVE CHAT. We cannot add the code or apply the discount after the sale has expired under any circumstances.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AT ANOTHER STORE?

No. You can only return or exchange goods to the store where you made your original purchase.

 

WHO PAYS CUSTOMS FEES?

The person receiving the order is liable for customs fees. We do not pay customs on orders and we do not refund customs fees. Shop your region if to save on shipping.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?

Yes. We use the same RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM for gift card. Your gift card will be refunded for later use on returns. Please note: Gift Cards themselves cannot be returned.

 

HOW CAN I BE FEATURED ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES?
